What warranty do your products carry? +

How do I claim a warranty for a faulty product? +

Bring the product along with your original purchase invoice to our Buddhanagar office, or contact our support team. We will manage the warranty claim process with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Does warranty cover physical or accidental damage? +

No. Manufacturer warranties cover manufacturing defects only and do not include physical damage, power surge damage, or misuse. We recommend using a UPS or surge protector for all critical equipment.
